CCHAs an experienced coach and workshop leader with over 25 years of Human Resources experience, I have experienced wonderful opportunities guiding clients across various industries: Government, Finance, Healthcare, Media/Communications and Manufacturing to name just a few. As an engaging facilitator I supported participants who captured and connected with key learning principles so the outcomes were positive and results driven.

As an Executive & Leadership Development coach, my approach has always been to foster the trust required for leaders to take risks and confront their fears and self-imposed limitations in order to move beyond them with new beliefs and perspectives resulting in more conscious, creative leaders. I believe in continuous learning and am an avid student in career development. I use several assessment tools in my practice; certified to facilitate in groups or one on one The Leadership Circle (TLC) 360 Profile, Manager Profile and Culture Survey along with several others. The use of these tools as a coach and workshop leader enables me to support my clients to come clean on the real issues confronting them and whether they are ready for change by putting them in touch with what is working, what is not and their impact as a leader. Through my support they're able to take courageous steps and break through barriers to attain higher levels of performance.

I received my coaching accreditation (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute and (PCC) from the ICF and am a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation. In my coaching practice I have experience with one/one, teams and group coaching. I am also a CPI (Career Partners International) certified career transition consultant.
